Live Long and Prosper Competition

We’re celebrating 60 years of Star Trek with the first official UK coins honouring the much-loved franchise. To celebrate the launch of the first coin, which features the Vulcan salute, we are giving away a prize bundle that includes a silver Proof Colour edition of both Star Trek coins, each presented in a space-themed acrylic block.

To be in with a chance of winning, answer the following question correctly: Star Trek – Live Long and Prosper. The Royal Mint opens the competition on 3 September 2026 at 09:00hrs BST, and closes on 3 October 2026 at 23:59hrs BST. One winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries and will be notified by email, with the draw taking place within a short period after the closing date.

The prize includes two gleaming coins: a 60 Years of Star Trek - Live Long & Prosper 2026 UK 50p Silver Proof Colour Coin and a 60 Years of Star Trek - To Boldly Go 2026 UK 50p Silver Proof Colour Coin.
